Fluxora provides browser-based file format conversion and processing tools, including but not limited to image conversion, PDF manipulation, audio format conversion, video-to-GIF conversion, and file compression.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the files you process through the Service. Since all processing occurs locally in your browser, Fluxora never accesses, copies, or stores your files. You are solely responsible for the files you process and the output you generate.
Third-Party Software: Fluxora incorporates open-source and third-party libraries including but not limited to Three.js, FFmpeg.wasm, PDF.js, Font Awesome, and Tailwind CSS. These components are used under their respective open-source licenses.
Pricing: All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change. The price at the time of purchase is the price you will be charged.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy or Paddle, our third-party payment providers. We do not collect, store, or have access to your full payment card details.
Lifetime Access: A purchased license provides lifetime access to the corresponding tier of tools as they exist at the time of purchase and any future updates to those tools within the same tier. "Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the Fluxora Service.
Upgrades: Users with an existing license may upgrade to a higher tier by paying the price difference. The new license will supersede the previous one.
Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products, the immediate delivery of license keys upon purchase, and the lifetime access model, all sales are final and non-refundable. Before purchasing, we encourage you to:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
